I work with clients one-on-one and in small groups in-person and online, sharing my experience and knowledge to help women in their 40's, 50's, 60's and beyond:
Aspire Everyday is also a supportive community of women who want to feel better, move better, and maintain energy, resilience, and independence for years to come.
My Background
Movement and fitness have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began my career as a student athletic trainer in college and went on to become a Doctor of Chiropractic, practicing in California. Even while raising two children who've since left the home, my education has never stopped. I continue to study applied neurology through Z-Health, a brain-based movement education system. I'm a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and both an instructor and student of Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art.
My passion is giving support to anyone who wants to move better, live stronger, be more confident, and have more energy.
Our brains are the driver for every action in our body.
My coaching is guided by the principle that your nervous system is dynamic and unique to you. I take an individualized approach to make decisions about your care in real time where you are today. Not one size fits all protocols.
My goal is to create immediate, positive measurable changes in how you feel in your ability to move better and get what you are after.
With the correct exercise or drill providing the stimulus to address the 4 Core Skills of Human Movement (i.e., seeing well, balancing well, and moving well) integrated with the right amount of work, we can make the improvements you desire.
There are 4 core skills of human movement needed by every person to move well, perform well and live pain free:
1) SEE WELL. Your visual system is your eyes ability to take in information to drive your movement. It is not only about visual acuity. I look at how your eyes move and take in visual information.
2) BALANCE WELL. Your vestibular system. Without good balance your strength and coordination fall apart
3) MOVE WELL. Your proprioceptive system. Great movement comes from great communication between the brain and body. How clear are the directions your brain is sending out to your body?
4) INTEGRATE WELL. Your brain's ability to collect information and send clear messages to the body by getting these 3 systems--visual, vestibular and proprioceptive to work together.
Dr. Cobb of Z-Health shares an overview of brain based education and the science of training your nervous system to improve improve pain relief, movement, and performance.

This is an opportunity to explore a different approach to fitness — one that trains your body and nervous system together through intelligent movement, balance, breath, coordination, strength, and visual training. You’ll leave feeling more connected, energized, and aware of how your body moves and performs.

If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone—and you’re not stuck.
With the right approach to movement, your body can adapt, strengthen, and improve at any stage of life. Aspire Everyday is here to help you rebuild confidence, restore capability, and move forward.

Individual Sessions are grounded in the understanding that your nervous system is dynamic, adaptable, and entirely unique to you. Rather than following one-size-fits-all protocols, I take an individualized approach, making real-time decisions based on where you are today and what your body needs in the moment. My goal is to create meaningful, measurable changes—right away—in how you feel, how you move, and what you’re able to do, so you can move with greater ease, confidence, and purpose.

Step 1: Understand Where You Are
We begin by assessing your current movement patterns, reviewing your health and activity history, and clarifying your goals. This gives us a clear picture of where you are today and what you want to achieve.
Step 2: Identify Your Starting Point
Through specialized movement testing—including your visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems—we determine how your body is currently functioning. This helps us identify the most effective starting point for your unique needs.
Step 3: Build and Adapt Your Plan
From there, I select specific drills and exercises tailored to you. We continually reassess and refine your program based on how your body responds, ensuring consistent progress toward your goals.
You are an active partner in this process. Your plan is fully individualized, and you’ll always have clarity on what to do and why it matters. I’m here to guide you, support you, and help you feel safe taking the next step—so you can build confidence, experience real change, and move toward results that last.

Brain-based movement is the understanding that how well you move is directly connected to how safe you feel in your body. Your brain constantly processes information from three key systems—vision, balance (vestibular system), and body awareness (proprioception)—to determine how freely and efficiently you can move.
When any of these systems are not working together effectively, the information your brain receives can become unclear or incomplete. In response, the brain may limit movement as a protective strategy. This can show up as stiffness, reduced strength or coordination, balance issues, fatigue, dizziness, or even pain.
A brain-based approach uses specific movement and sensory exercises to improve the quality of input these systems provide. As the brain receives clearer, more reliable information, it becomes more confident allowing movement.
The result is often improved stability, easier movement, and a greater sense of comfort and control in your body.
I first look at how your body is receiving and using information from three key systems: your vision, balance, and body awareness. This helps me understand what may be making movement feel difficult, unsteady, or limited.
Then I use simple, targeted exercises to “wake up” and improve those systems. This might include eye exercises, balance work, or movements that help you better feel where your body is in space.
These exercises give your brain better information so it can feel safer allowing you to move. As that happens, movement often becomes easier, smoother, and more confident—and we build from there at a pace that feels right for you.
Neural plasticity is the brain’s ability to change and adapt in response to experience. This means your brain is constantly being shaped by what you do, how you move, and the kinds of demands you place on it—at any age.
This is important because your brain controls every movement your body makes. When we provide the right types of movement “input,” we can encourage the brain to build stronger, more efficient connections. Over time, this can improve coordination, balance, reaction time, strength, and overall movement quality.
In a brain-based approach, specific exercises are used to target key systems and provide the right level of challenge or “dose” for change. This helps guide positive adaptations in the nervous system, supporting better movement patterns and improved physical performance.
The exciting part is that change is always possible. With the right stimulus, your brain can continue to adapt—helping you move better, stay active longer, and maintain confidence in your body as you age.
We use simple equipment you likely already have—a yoga mat, a pencil (for vision exercises), a small ball, resistance bands, and hand weights—with the goal of building real, sustainable strength.
Our workout sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each workout as effective as possible.
